Pet Policy

Dogs, cats, birds, turtles, and fish in small aquariums (20-gallon max) are welcome. A maximum of two dogs, cats, or birds in any combination are permitted in each apartment with a weight limit of 50 lbs. A refundable pet deposit of $300 for the 1st pet and $200 for the 2nd pet will be required. Residents may elect to pay the full deposit at move-in or pay $50 at the move-in and $10 each month after, until the deposit is paid in full. There is also a monthly pet fee of $30 per pet.
